CANCELLED – Perception – Season 3

TNT cancel it’s second show in a week.

TNT have cancelled the drama Perception in it’s third season.

The series has dropped in viewership by only 10% from season 2 to season 3 and has been a good performer for the network. A move to edgier programming was the reason for the recent cancellation of Franklin & Bash earlier this week, so it most likely the reason for Perception aswell.

Perception follows Doctor Daniel Pierce (Eric McCormack), a talented and schizophrenic neuropsychiatrist, as he assists his former student, FBI Special Agent Kate Moretti (Rachael Leigh Cook), solve complex cases. Other cast members include Kelly Rowan, Arjay Smith, LeVar Burton, and Scott Wolf.

There has been 10 episodes already shown, with the remaining 5 episodes to be shown in February, 2015.

At the end of the third season, the drama would have aired 39 total episodes over 3 seasons.

There may be a chance that ABC studios who produce the show, will try and shop it around to another networks.
