Krypton-TV-Show-SupermanA prequel series of Superman pilot has been ordered by cable network Syfy titled ‘Krypton‘. The plot is years before the Superman legend we know, the House of El was shamed and ostracized. This series follows The Man of Steel’s grandfather as he brings hope and equality to Krypton, turning a planet in disarray into one worthy of giving birth to the greatest Super Hero ever known. The pilot will be getting treatment from David S. Goyer (Man of Steel, The Dark Knight Rises) and executive producer Ian Goldberg (Once Upon a Time, Flash Forward) DC already have Arrow and The Flash aswell as Constantine on TV at the moment with Supergirl and Young Justice in the works, so it seems they are not slowing down with Comic Book themed shows.

Not  a bad resume i think. She certainly has the chops and I for one am glad that a woman has gotten the directors chair for the Wonder Woman remake. Pan writer Jason Fuchs has been signed on to write the script with MacLaren. Fuchs has only written one other script which was Ice Age: Continental Drift. Although rumors are they are planning on building a franchise out of Pan, so Fuchs looks like he could be part of the Warner Bros. family for awhile now.

Sony Pictures was hacked in late November by a hacking collective Guardians of Peace which it was involved in leaking four films and thousands of documents and wreaking havoc on the studio’s network, along with a huge dose of embarrassment. Emails between top producers and executives belittling a number of major stars and projects, and even making racist jokes about President Barack Obama were leaked earlier this week. It also released a lot of people’s salaries and emails about upcoming movies.
