CANCELLED – Ground Floor – Season 2


TBS are clearing out their comedy slate with another cancellation.

TBS have cancelled their sophmore comedy Ground Floor after two seasons on the air.

The ratings had been on par with the first season, averaging 1.47 million viewers each week, compared to 1.48 million for it’s first season.

TBS have now cancelled all their remaining comedies, with Sullivan & Son and Men at Work being cancelled, while Cougar Town is airing it’s last season now. They have three new comedies lined up which are titled Buzzy’s, Angie Tribeca, and Your Family Or Mine.


Ground Floor follows the romantic relationship of a young hotshot banker (Skylar Astin) and a beautiful maintenance worker (Briga Heelan). The rest of the sitcom’s cast includes Rory Scovel, Rene Gube, James Earl, Emily Heller, and John C. McGinley.

Ground Floor ran for two seasons for a total of 20 episodes.

The last episode aired on February 10th, 2015.
