RENEWED – Crossing Lines – Season 3

The once cancelled show is coming back.

Netflix have renewed their series Crossing Lines for a third season.

Crossing lines originally aired on NBC a couple of years ago, but was cancelled after one season.

It was a big hit internationally, so Netflix picked up the second season.

They have now renewed it for a third season with an order of 12 episodes.

Former New York Police Department officer Carl Hickman’s life has fallen apart after he was injured on the job; he has become addicted to morphine and works as a garbage collector at a carnival in the Netherlands. He is recruited to join the International Criminal Court’s special crime unit (a fictional unit). Based in The Hague, it investigates a variety of crimes that cross international boundaries. The unit includes an anti-organized crime covert specialist from Italy, a technical specialist from Germany, a crimes analyst from France, and a weapons specialist and tactical expert from Northern Ireland.

The cast includes Elizabeth Mitchell (Lost, Revolution) and Goran Visnjic (ER) joining the cast. They’ll join Donald Sutherland as leads, replacing William Fichtner.

No return date has been set yet.
